The quality program, end to end
Before assembly: incoming batteries, motors and sensor modules are inspected against spec sheets; battery batches are checked for UN38.3 transport certification.
During assembly: module-level bench tests precede full assembly on ISO 9001:2015-certified lines; calibration values for lidar, depth cameras and drive trains are logged per serial number.
Before shipping: a 48-hour aging and functional run on every unit — a failure means repair and a restarted clock. Final QA closes the crate with compliance documentation inside.

How to verify each credential
Certificate copies travel with every order, and we can send them before you commit. For registry-based verification, each certificate can be checked on the issuing body's public verification service using the report reference printed on the copy you receive. We keep the references on file rather than publishing them — they carry our manufacturing partners' names, and publishing numbers is how suppliers get impersonated.
