Standard models can be ordered from 1 unit, with fleet pricing starting at 10 units. For OEM/ODM customization the MOQ is 50 units for color and branding changes, or 100 units for hardware module changes.

Standard lead time is 30–45 days from order confirmation to shipment. In-stock popular models ship in 15–20 days, and pre-production samples are available in 7–15 days.

Standard terms are 30% deposit with the order and 70% before shipment, payable by T/T or L/C. For qualifying fleet projects we can arrange third-party financing with terms of 12–36 months.

Every shipment includes per-market compliance documentation — CE for the EU, FCC Part 15 for the US, RoHS, and UN38.3 battery transport clearance, plus wireless approvals per region — and safety engineering follows the ISO 13482 framework for mobile service robots. Every unit passes a 4-stage process: SMT and module assembly, full assembly, a 48-hour aging and functional test run, and a final inspection against a 60-point checklist with a 100% outgoing pass record.

Map creation takes 2–4 hours per site. Most single-location deployments are fully operational within 1 day, and multi-floor or multi-building sites typically complete within 3–5 days.

Yes. We provide elevator API integration for multi-floor operation, POS integration for delivery workflows, and access-control integration for restricted zones. Our engineers handle the integration during deployment.

Every AOMAN fleet ships with deployment and service support: mapping, commissioning, staff training, remote diagnostics and a 24-hour response line.

Yes. Every order includes remote training plus a 1–2 day on-site session for fleets of 10 units or more. Operator manuals and training videos are available in English and Chinese, with further language packs configured per program.

Each robot carries a 2-year warranty with 24-hour response, remote diagnostics, and a spare parts commitment of at least 5 years after purchase. An annual service plan is available.

Our platforms are designed for 5+ years of commercial service. Battery packs are UN38.3 transport-tested, overcharge-protected at cell and pack level, and can be replaced in the field in under 15 minutes without tools.

Our engineers size each deployment against your labor cost and running hours, and share a per-site payback projection before you order. Delivery fleets replace staff trips that would otherwise be walked; cleaning machines take over multi-shift floor work — request a projection with your quote.

Yes. OEM/ODM options include custom colors and logos, UI language and branding on the touchscreen, tray and cabin configurations, and payload module changes. See our design guide for the full range.

We ship FOB Shenzhen by sea or air in reinforced wooden crates. Sea freight to major ports takes 25–40 days, air freight 5–10 days, and all shipments are covered by marine insurance. See the shipping page for details.
