AOMAN robots are built in Shenzhen on certified partner lines — audited unit by unit, gated six times, aged 48 hours, and shipped with the paperwork inside.
Brand on top, backbone underneath
We don't operate our own assembly hall — by design. Our authorized manufacturing partners run certified production lines in Shenzhen, and we put our engineers inside the process: incoming-material standards, module bench tests, calibration values, aging logs. The partnership is what lets a small brand ship hardware with large-factory discipline.
What that means for buyers is concrete: one quality standard across D1, C1, C2 Pro and G1, spare parts that stay available across model years, and a serial-number trail from bench to deployment.
Six gates, no exceptions
Every unit — pilot or hundredth — passes the same six.
G1Incoming materials
Batteries, motors and sensor modules inspected against spec sheets before they enter the line — with UN38.3 documentation checked on every battery batch.
G2Module assembly
Drive, sensor and compute modules are built and bench-tested as units before they meet a chassis.
G3Full assembly
Chassis, shell and UI assembled by certified lines under the ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
G4Calibration
Lidar, depth cameras and drive trains calibrated per unit — the values logged against the serial number.
G548-hour aging run
Every robot runs a 48-hour aging and functional test cycle. Failures are repaired and the clock restarts, not waved through.
G6Final QA and packing
A last functional pass, then reinforced wooden crates for shipping. Per-market compliance documentation goes in the box.
OEM / ODM on the same lines
Brand owners run the same gates under their own livery: custom shells, branded UI, packaging. The manufacturing network exists so your logo goes on a production process, not just a shipping carton.
